Dallas is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Dallas follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Went for a nice dinner with friends. The food was very good overall. The steak was a bit too tough for our liking. The fries were delicious but too much salt. I also did not like the mashed potatoes. I'm not saying they were instant but they tasted like they were from a box. I personally did not try the salmon but my guest was very pleased with the dish. We sat in the bar. The place was very beautiful. We really enjoyed the vibe. Unfortunately the service was not good. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was the lack of service. The bar was almost empty and she rarely checked in on us. Our appetizer showed, she came by and then nothing. We had finished and waited and waited before she stopped to take our order for our entrees. I don't know if she forgot about us or she was to busy in the dining area. Then we waited and waited for her to come back with our check. The runners were great. Food arrived quickly and drinks were kept full. The other problem is not the restaurants fault, but it does need to be mentioned. The valet outside were very rude. Upon arrival, I did not see the sign to enter the garage. I asked the valet if they were the valet and I received a vague answer.

A friend and I enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea at The French Room earlier this year! We arrived a little early and took some fun photos around the hotel. The atmosphere is PERFECT for that! Once we were seated, we were greeted with some bubbly!!! I don't drink, but they had a non-alchoholic option too! That felt super fun! All of the food and accompanying teas were delicious. We were there around Valentine's Day, so there was a special menu. The croque monsieur was my favorite savory item. The white chocolate & raspberry scone with preserves and cream tasted heavenly!!! Everything was very good! As we were leaving, a hotel employee named Rich was SUPER helpful. He was friendly and kind and checked in about our visit.

Our group came in for High Tea. Overall the experience was great, most of the group has been to a High Tea in other cities. This was my first experience, and I enjoyed it. The Tea was good, although my fiance mentioned one of the teas tasted a little over-burnt. The various coursed snacks were delicious. They were brought out for our group with one of each snack per person on a tiered tray. We also got an additional bottle of bubbles and a cocktail. It was decently busy during our reservation, but the room wasnt packed, around 1pm on a Sunday. Our server/server team was generally great with refilling teas and water and explaining what was being brought out. There were random periods where we didnt see our server for a while, primarily when we were getting ready to close out. As a note for anyone with larger groups, we were told check splitting was limited, its best to have one bill and sort out yourself.

First time experience; ladies, yes its pricy but worth every penny. The food is absolutely exceptional, exquisite, tasty, delicious. Service is phenomenal from the hostess to the waitstaff to the valet. The elegance of the room makes ypu feel a cindirella. What a beautiful place. And how fun is to call a friend to join you in such a crazy expensive escapade and have fun getting a right attire, fun fun fun finding the right dress to feel beautiful to match such event. A+

My husband and I had a wonderful afternoon tea experience at the French Room in the The Adolphus. The hotel is absolutely elegant, and the French Room was just as beautiful and refined. We started with a sparkling wine from the Loire Valley, which was the perfect touch to begin the afternoon. The teas, savory bites, scones, and sweets were all delicious. The staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful throughout the experience. A lovely and relaxing afternoon we truly enjoyed.
